
PRINCE2 2009® Combined Foundation & Practitioner Course Outline
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Practicing project managers, project assurance and project support that need to attain formal recognition of their skills by taking the PRINCE2® examinations. (Foundation and Practitioner within the same week) 20 hours pre-course study is recommended. Precourse reading, interactive CD and e-support are all provided.
Course Objectives:

• Use the PRINCE2® method to ensure product quality is delivered
• Follow the processes to complete a successful PRINCE2® project
• Prepare project plans using the PRINCE2® product based planning techniques

• Tailor the PRINCE2® method to appropriately to projects
• Complete the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner examinations

Approach:
This intensive 5 day course is designed to maximize examination success, but also to provide confidence is using PRINCE2®. The Foundation examination is a one hour multiple choice. The Practitioner examination is 2½ hours, open book, objective test format. Objective test format is a sophisticated multiple choice format, based on a case study. You will be provided with guidance and examples on this format. |
