PRINCE2® -  1 day Introduction Course

This one day course provides an introduction to the PRINCE2® methodology. The benefits of introducing PRINCE2® will be highlighted and PRINCE2® Processes, Components and Techniques will be identified and explained. On company request only.

Who should attend?

The course is suitable for anyone who wishes to demonstrate a recognized level of competence in Project Management and specifically in the PRINCE2® method. This course is also suitable for anyone required to play in a project role which follows PRINCE2® guidelines. PRINCE2® courses are well-known throughout private and public sector organisations. Newly appointed managers who want to understand a controlled approach to managing projects would also benefit from attending the PRINCE2® courses.

Objectives of course

Upon attendance the delegates will receive a detailed and practical understanding of PRINCE2®, enabling delegates to apply PRINCE2® to the running and managing of projects regardless of their scope and size.
It will provide the delegate with the understanding of how to improve their management of projects so that they are delivered on time and to budget.
