Is there an Accreditation process associated with PRINCE2®?
There is a two-tier examination process to become an Accredited Practitioner. The Foundation Certificate Examination - a 1 hour multiple choice paper The Practitioner Certificate Examination - a 3-hour open book paper.
Trainers All Ants Trainers have undergone the PRINCE2® Trainer accreditation procedure. This involved successfully passing the Foundation and Practitioner Examinations at Trainer level, and undergoing an assessment by a PRINCE2® Assessor appointed by the international accreditation body for PRINCE2®, the Association for Project Management Group (APM Group). All PRINCE2® trainers are re-accredited every three years.
Training Organisations All PRINCE2® training Organisations are required to undergo a rigorous accreditation process to ensure that the quality of training materials and trainers is in keeping with PRINCE2® requirements as defined by APM Group. Course materials are regularly reviewed and re-assessed by APMG approved assessors.
