Wald Snyman

As a Management Consultant Wald has obtained valuable experience in the financial and HR field, focusing on the correlation between the financial and human aspects of the organisation.

Wald obtained a B Com Honors degree in Economics from RAU in 1985.

Since then he has also been lecturing in Economics at UNISA, WITS Technicon, Damelin and Midrand Campus on a consultative basis. His experience includes training and development, business analysis, financial planning and economic forecasting, change management, and culture and business process audits for companies such as Eskom, Liberty Life, Avis and Gold Fields.

He acted as project co-coordinator for a major change management project for the Gold Fields group of companies (including their mining operations in SA and Namibia).  The scope of this project included business process and culture audits as well as recommendations and implementation of transformation needed in the change process.  Also involved with the implementation of Project management for Absa and for Debtech’s administrative division.
In 2004 he obtained his Advanced Project management diploma.  He has also been lecturing in Project Management at Damelin.

He is currently involved with project management for a major Procure to Pay project.
