Ants was formed in 1998 and encompasses over 30 years of experience in business and project management in the business, mining, building and IT industry. Since the company’s formation we have already successfully:

• Assessed and made recommendations to improve the business processes of the administrative and production departments of a major diamond house.

• Provided project management services for various year 2000 projects, nationally and internationally.

• assessed the “as is” processes of a major call center and successfully implemented the recommendations

• implemented project management for a major banking institution incorporating the business process mapping and general procedures

• implemented project management principles for two major companies in various areas

• project managed and documented the business processes of a major construction company as well as the supporting procedures for the processes for audit purposes

• project managed and documented a major company’s end to end internet business processes

• project managed various projects, ranging from Portal developments and Financial systems to Payment systems

• provided a planning and budget function to an international exploration company
